I Have a Problem

I'm not cut out for this job. I have no clue where the matches go. So annoying.

I went to my friend's house once, and she was folding laundry. She pulled out a HUGE rubbermaid container FULL of mismatched socks. I think your small handful is nothing in comparison. Seriously, it took me hours to go through it all...I'm a good friend.

I like the one random glove with all the socks. The missing sock phenomenon is one thing in life that I don't think anyone has the answer to :)

I just did laundry today and my mismatched pile of socks is even worse than yours. How come?

I make sure to never lose socks. I am very weird about it. I love to buy new socks. I frequently buy them for Jeremy and Xander. So if I lose one I throw the other away. so i always have matches

I think it was because of Mom's sock box and never having socks. And Dad wonders why we would always borrow his? :)

I am with Nichole..pitch them. Seriously, throw them away. They take up too much space.

I so have a pile like that! Glad to know it's not just me!

I did throw most of them away, and that is what I usually do! So sad. I usually wait a month until I do just to make sure.

I think the matches are at my house. After 26 years of marriage, I still don't know where the matches are. So maybe you have mine...or I have yours. My advice, toss them they never show up.

I have this same problem...And I thought I was so dilligent! I even have kids clip socks together with cloths pins so I don't have to match them up. I am going to have to let them make puppets this summer!

My hubby just did a fhe lesson on your little mommy chart. He got it from 7 habits. I think it was good for the kids to hear. (My chart days are numbered as the kids get bigger and busier...) Love the blog lady...Em

Problem solved. Wear them anyways. Yeah mix match and all. No body will know. For Mon I roll them down so that the shoes would cover the socks and so you can't tell they don't match.
You will never ever find them again. They are lost forever.

LOL!!! How does it happen? My sister gave in and will only buy white socks for her kids, she has nine, so I see the logic.
